Several production methods of TPU film

TPU film not only has excellent high strength, high tension, toughness and aging resistance, but also is a stable and environmentally friendly material. At present, TPU film has been widely used in footwear, clothing, inflatable products, water and underwater sports equipment, medical equipment, sports equipment, car seat materials, rain gear, luggage, luggage, etc. TPU film is realized by extrusion, blow molding, calendering, casting, stretching and other processes on the basis of TPU granular materials.

1. Extrusion method: Add Tpu raw material into the barrel of the extruder, heat and melt, extrude the sheet TPU film, trim the edges, and wind it.

2. Blow molding: The molding feature of blow molding is that the extruded TPU film is made into a tube blank through an annular gap mold, and compressed air is introduced axially from the mandrel, and the TPU film is clamped with a pair of clamping rods. Keeping it at a constant internal pressure, it expands to the desired diameter. After cooling and setting, traction coiling.

3. Calendering method: is a method of continuously forming a TPU film by several shafts that are heated inside and rotated adjacent to each other. The thickness of the TPU film depends on the clearance of the last shaft.

4. Casting method: First, the TPU raw material is melted, filtered, and defoamed, and then sent to a casting machine, and the solution is cast into a TPU film of a certain thickness through a casting nozzle.

5. Stretching method: It is a film-forming method in which the TPU film is stretched longitudinally and transversely between the softening temperature and the melting temperature. The stretching technology of TPU film can be divided into uniaxial stretching and biaxial stretching, but biaxial stretching is mainly used in actual production. Biaxial stretching can improve the properties of TPU films.

TPU film has good compatibility with TPU material, is non-toxic and non-allergic, and is widely used in the healthcare industry. When the TPU film is buried in the soil layer, it only takes about a year to decompose. After decomposition, it becomes water = radon and co2, which is not easy to cause damage to the soil layer. Therefore, the TPU film will not easily cause damage to the geographical environment, and will not cause harm to the body at the same time, you can rest assured.
