Tpu hot melt adhesive film is mainly used for shoe materials

Tpu hot melt adhesive film is essentially composed of TPU plastic particles, called polyurethane in Chinese, which is called "same-sex attraction". It is more suitable to use Tpu hot melt adhesive film to bond the TPU film, and the adhesion is very strong. Compared with several hot melt adhesive film products currently on the market, TPU film has obvious advantages in this regard.

Tpu hot melt adhesive filmhas good washability and abrasion resistance.

Tpu hot melt adhesive film not only has strong adhesion, but also has excellent abrasion resistance and water resistance. It can be used in outdoor humid environment for a long time, can be washed with water, is environmentally friendly and has good elasticity, which is one of the important reasons for choosing it as an adhesive.

Translucent Tpu hot melt adhesive film is mainly used to make profiles, shoes and hats. Clothing using this glue not only looks crisp and plump, but also has the characteristics of natural smoothness after washing, and can be worn without ironing. Rubber shoes and caps are lightweight, breathable and have good shape retention. They are especially used in the shoe industry and have the advantage of wearing comfort and reducing shoe odor.

The main features of Tpu hot melt adhesive film are:

1. Wide range of hardness standards: By changing the ratio of TPU reaction components, products with different hardness standards can be obtained. With the increase of hardness standard,Tpu hot melt adhesive film still maintains stable ductility and wear resistance.

2. High mechanical strength: Tpu hot melt adhesive film has excellent bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock resistance.

3. Excellent cold resistance: Tpu hot melt adhesive film has a relatively low vitrification state, and still maintains stable physical properties such as ductility and softness under -35.

The combination of Tpu hot melt adhesive film and textile fabrics can produce outdoor clothing fabrics with complementary processing functions, moisture-proof, breathable, warm, washable and environmentally friendly. Outdoor sportswear guarantees "love to travel, rain or shine!" First charge, excellent safety!

TPU hot melt adhesive film vs anaerobic adhesive: "Scene flexibility" difference in automotive interior bonding
2025-09-11
From the perspective of curing conditions, TPU hot melt adhesive film does not need to rely on special environments, while anaerobic adhesives are severely restricted by "auerobicity". The curing principle of anaerobic glue is to undergo polymerization under conditions of lack of oxygen and catalyzed by metal ions (such as iron and copper). If it is in an environment where air circulation or metal substrates are not available, the curing speed will be greatly slowed down or even unable to cure. In automotive interiors, most bonding scenarios are "open" (such as bonding the door panel skin to PP substrate, and the ceiling fabric to the sponge), the air can freely contact the bonding surface, and the substrate is mostly non-metallic (PP, ABS, fabric, etc.), lacking metal ion catalysis, and additional catalyst is required when using anaerobic glue, and the curing time is as long as several hours, which is difficult to meet the needs of industrial production. The TPU hot melt adhesive film only needs to be melted by heating (120-160℃) and can be cured after pressurization and cooling. It does not need to rely on the ambient oxygen concentration or the base material. It can be cured stably in open or closed bonding scenarios, and the curing time only takes a few dozen seconds to a few minutes, adapting to the fast-paced needs of the interior production line.
