TPU hot melt adhesive film is used to bond wood and PVC wood grain paper

TPU hot melt adhesive film is a kind of thermoplastic adhesive, usually provided in solid form, and becomes a molten adhesive after heating.

TPU hot melt adhesive film is suitable for bonding various materials and has excellent hydrolysis resistance. Used to coat or laminate materials by pressing and cooling, and complete bonding in a short time.

Low temperature TPU hot melt adhesive film

The excellent low-temperature TPU hot melt adhesive film has a dot of 45-50, a width of 1 m ~1.5 m, and a thickness of 0.02 mm ~2 mm. There are bare molds with or without base material and release paper type. Customizable colors. It is a relatively conventional film without release paper, used for one-time double-sided thermocompression bonding. There are two types of this type of TPU hot melt adhesive film: 50 tpu hot melt adhesive film without substrate bare mold and 45 tpu hot melt adhesive film without substrate bare mold. The melting point of the release paper low temperature tpu hot melt adhesive film is 45~50. If there are different release papers, use different release papers, such as pearl paper, glassine paper, etc., according to the process required by the customer.

Green tpu is the source manufacturer of TPU hot melt adhesive film, which can customize the size, color, thickness, etc. The composite TPU hot melt adhesive film can be operated twice. TPU adhesive material is environmentally friendly, odorless, non-toxic and non-polluting. Strong adhesion, can solve the problem that glue can not reach. The processing is convenient, the processing procedure is simple, and it can be formed at one time.

TPU hot melt adhesive film can be made into composite hot melt adhesive film. The composite hot melt adhesive film is made of environmentally-friendly TPU material and is produced with polyethylene as the base film. The non-composite hot melt adhesive film does not have a polyethylene base film. TPU spray-free adhesive film is developed by Green tpu and is used in the furniture industry, such as cabinets, drawers, doors, etc. It can be used in the custom furniture industry and furniture manufacturers.

TPU hot melt adhesive film vs anaerobic adhesive: "Scene flexibility" difference in automotive interior bonding
2025-09-11
From the perspective of curing conditions, TPU hot melt adhesive film does not need to rely on special environments, while anaerobic adhesives are severely restricted by "auerobicity". The curing principle of anaerobic glue is to undergo polymerization under conditions of lack of oxygen and catalyzed by metal ions (such as iron and copper). If it is in an environment where air circulation or metal substrates are not available, the curing speed will be greatly slowed down or even unable to cure. In automotive interiors, most bonding scenarios are "open" (such as bonding the door panel skin to PP substrate, and the ceiling fabric to the sponge), the air can freely contact the bonding surface, and the substrate is mostly non-metallic (PP, ABS, fabric, etc.), lacking metal ion catalysis, and additional catalyst is required when using anaerobic glue, and the curing time is as long as several hours, which is difficult to meet the needs of industrial production. The TPU hot melt adhesive film only needs to be melted by heating (120-160℃) and can be cured after pressurization and cooling. It does not need to rely on the ambient oxygen concentration or the base material. It can be cured stably in open or closed bonding scenarios, and the curing time only takes a few dozen seconds to a few minutes, adapting to the fast-paced needs of the interior production line.
