    Rebound performance

    The deformation resilience of TPU film is mainly the property that TPU film recovers immediately after being deformed by external force.

    Hydrolysis resistance

    TPU film is resistant to hydrolysis and microorganism, and can be used for a long time.

    Frictional resistance

    TPU film is extruded from thermoplastic elastomer polyurethane particles. Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer particles are heat storage materials. Friction heat generation, constant pressure and surface wear of abrasive paper reflect the wear resistance of materials. The wear resistance of polyurethane particles is closely related to their thermal properties. Friction causes the temperature to rise. The wear resistance is the loss of unit volume or mass, and the thermal performance is the torsion at different temperatures. This is an important standard for evaluating the wear resistance and high-temperature adaptability of products.

    Yellowing resistance grade

    Yellowing is mainly due to the yellowing of TPU film due to continuous ultraviolet radiation. There are many test standards for yellowing resistance, and the main factors include ultraviolet wattage, exposure distance, time, temperature and humidity.

    Antibacterial and mildew-proof

    In harsh environment, bacteria, moisture and high temperature will destroy the TPU film, and the TPU film with antibacterial and anti-mold function can effectively prevent this situation.

    At present, TPU film is mainly used to produce high-grade liner materials with high requirements for material performance, such as air cushion, electric massage chair liner materials, rubber boats and inflatable boats liner materials for water operations, liner materials for hoisting, liner materials for national defense or civil aircraft, spherical membrane and liner, etc.

​From the perspective of curing conditions, TPU hot melt adhesive film does not need to rely on special environments, while anaerobic adhesives are severely restricted by "auerobicity". The curing principle of anaerobic glue is to undergo polymerization under conditions of lack of oxygen and catalyzed by metal ions (such as iron and copper). If it is in an environment where air circulation or metal substrates are not available, the curing speed will be greatly slowed down or even unable to cure. In automotive interiors, most bonding scenarios are "open" (such as bonding the door panel skin to PP substrate, and the ceiling fabric to the sponge), the air can freely contact the bonding surface, and the substrate is mostly non-metallic (PP, ABS, fabric, etc.), lacking metal ion catalysis, and additional catalyst is required when using anaerobic glue, and the curing time is as long as several hours, which is difficult to meet the needs of industrial production. The TPU hot melt adhesive film only needs to be melted by heating (120-160℃) and can be cured after pressurization and cooling. It does not need to rely on the ambient oxygen concentration or the base material. It can be cured stably in open or closed bonding scenarios, and the curing time only takes a few dozen seconds to a few minutes, adapting to the fast-paced needs of the interior production line.
