    The washing resistance function is also divided into different grades, such as washing at room temperature, washing at 60°C, washing at 90°C, etc. The higher the temperature, the higher the demand for the washing resistance of the hot melt adhesive film. Taking the TPU hot melt adhesive film as an example, the resistance to washing at room temperature is generally not a major problem for most TPU hot melt adhesive films. TPU hot melt adhesive film manufacturers add an appropriate amount of fillers during the production of  TPU hot melt adhesive films. cost. The amount of filler added should be appropriate, if too much is added, it will affect its fluidity and adhesion.

    When using TPU hot melt adhesive film for material compounding, it is necessary to heat the adhesive film to a certain temperature before making it more adhesive. If the temperature during compounding is too low, it will affect the entire bonding effect.

    The temperature at which the TPU hot melt adhesive film has a good bonding effect mainly depends on the heat resistance of the bonded material, and then select the type of hot-melt adhesive film to be used based on the material compatibility criteria. TPU-based TPU hot melt adhesive film can obtain a uniform adhesive layer through the action of heat and force. When it is applied in the garment industry, according to the size standard of the fabric to be bonded, the TPU hot melt adhesive film is first cut into the corresponding size, and the TPU hot melt adhesive film is bonded to the surface of the fabric by high-temperature pressing. After drying, peel off the release paper of the adhesive film, and then bond the TPU hot melt adhesive film again under high temperature heat pressing according to the construction requirements, which is called hot pressing seamless bonding.

​From the perspective of curing conditions, TPU hot melt adhesive film does not need to rely on special environments, while anaerobic adhesives are severely restricted by "auerobicity". The curing principle of anaerobic glue is to undergo polymerization under conditions of lack of oxygen and catalyzed by metal ions (such as iron and copper). If it is in an environment where air circulation or metal substrates are not available, the curing speed will be greatly slowed down or even unable to cure. In automotive interiors, most bonding scenarios are "open" (such as bonding the door panel skin to PP substrate, and the ceiling fabric to the sponge), the air can freely contact the bonding surface, and the substrate is mostly non-metallic (PP, ABS, fabric, etc.), lacking metal ion catalysis, and additional catalyst is required when using anaerobic glue, and the curing time is as long as several hours, which is difficult to meet the needs of industrial production. The TPU hot melt adhesive film only needs to be melted by heating (120-160℃) and can be cured after pressurization and cooling. It does not need to rely on the ambient oxygen concentration or the base material. It can be cured stably in open or closed bonding scenarios, and the curing time only takes a few dozen seconds to a few minutes, adapting to the fast-paced needs of the interior production line.
