    TPU film has high strength, good toughness, cold resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, environmental protection, non-toxic, easy decomposition, waterproof and moisture permeable, wind proof, cold proof, warm keeping, antibacterial, UV resistance, energy release resistance and other excellent properties, and is widely used in shoe materials, moisture permeable and environmental friendly fabrics, food packaging, medical supplies, air bags, sports and leisure equipment and other fields.

    TPU film has excellent biocompatibility, non-toxic, no allergic reaction, no local irritation, no heat source, and is widely used in medical, health and other related products, sports, protective materials. It will not cause air pollution during combustion, and can be biodegraded in soil for 3~5 years. Polyester series can be completely hydrolyzed by soaking in 50 ℃ water for half a year, 70 ℃ for 3 weeks or 100 ℃ for 3~4 days.

    Vacuum or hot working can be used, or flexibility can be maintained. This material can also be welded into irregular shapes.

    TPU film can be widely used in shoes, ready to wear, inflatable toys, water and underwater sports equipment, medical equipment, fitness equipment, car chair materials, umbrellas, luggage, bags, etc.

    In a word, TPU material has good biocompatibility, anti thrombotic property, high degree of freedom of design, good mechanical strength, easy processing and molding, adhesion, friction resistance and bending resistance, so its application in medical materials is the focus of future research. The application of PU elastomer elastic materials in the medical field, such as artificial heart aids, medical catheters, medical films, medical artificial skin, etc., has also carried out research on biodegradable PU drug release materials, tissue engineering materials and human repair materials in China. ​From the perspective of curing conditions, TPU hot melt adhesive film does not need to rely on special environments, while anaerobic adhesives are severely restricted by "auerobicity". The curing principle of anaerobic glue is to undergo polymerization under conditions of lack of oxygen and catalyzed by metal ions (such as iron and copper). If it is in an environment where air circulation or metal substrates are not available, the curing speed will be greatly slowed down or even unable to cure. In automotive interiors, most bonding scenarios are "open" (such as bonding the door panel skin to PP substrate, and the ceiling fabric to the sponge), the air can freely contact the bonding surface, and the substrate is mostly non-metallic (PP, ABS, fabric, etc.), lacking metal ion catalysis, and additional catalyst is required when using anaerobic glue, and the curing time is as long as several hours, which is difficult to meet the needs of industrial production. The TPU hot melt adhesive film only needs to be melted by heating (120-160℃) and can be cured after pressurization and cooling. It does not need to rely on the ambient oxygen concentration or the base material. It can be cured stably in open or closed bonding scenarios, and the curing time only takes a few dozen seconds to a few minutes, adapting to the fast-paced needs of the interior production line.
